I had a really disappointing experience with this dealership. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation since my mechanic back home has been sick. Almost immediately after leaving, my brakes suddenly stopped working properly and gave out while I was driving on i76. I took the car back the following day, and as expected, they claimed everything was working fine and it was just a coincidence it happened right after I left — but considering I have never had a single brake issue before this visit, the timing feels like far too much of a coincidence to ignore. Now I am being told it is my "brake vacuum pump" that needs to be replaced.
On top of that, they put a bumper sticker on my car without asking for permission. I had them remove it, but the removal left a noticeable scuff on my bumper.
Overall, the whole experience left me frustrated and uncomfortable. A routine service appointment should not end with hugs safety concerns and damage to my vehicle.

I think the price for the rear brakes was outrageous and the fact that I just put new wipers on and they told me I needed new ones. I think they just did not clean the debris on the windshield off before trying to see if the windshield will clear. Also they replaced my license plate cover with a del and put a dell sticker on my paint that I’ve never asked for.
